Linh Podetti, founded Outsourcing Angel to help businesses outsource work to full-time and part-time Virtual Assistants. They reinvest their profits to provide food supplies and job opportunities for people in developing countries.
What’s your story?
I became a single mum at the age of 20 and went through family and life struggles at an early age. I started my first business in 2009 and set foot in the world of outsourcing when I had to hire people to do my own website and marketing. I fell in love with marketing and working with people in developing countries which led me to my digital agency business in 2010. In 2015, I launched Outsourcing Angel, a business that recruits overseas talents for businesses in Australia. I became passionate about leaving a legacy of building home-based job opportunities for people around the world. We reinvest our profits back into feeding programs, computer training programs and other ongoing charitable initiatives throughout the Philippines to help them make a good living working from home. We now have over 70 staff working across Australia and Asian countries servicing clients with their marketing assistance needs.

Who inspires you?
Tony Robbins, he has helped me succeed in all areas of life from love, business and finance. Oprah also inspires me as she showed that it doesn’t matter what your background is you can succeed.
What have you just learnt recently that blew you away?
YouTube – I’ve been learning about how to succeed on YouTube and I’m blown away by the strategy you need to get there. I’m blown away by the success it can deliver too.
If you had your time again, what would you do differently?
I wouldn’t do anything differently because I wouldn’t have learnt the lesson or became the person I am today.
How do you unwind?
I love travelling. I travel every 6-8 weeks. I read a lot. Usually 1-2 books a month. I read non-fictions.
Favourite Asian destination for relaxation? Why?
